Description We're hiring a UAE National HR Specialist to support HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance with local labor laws. Ideal for someone with a solid understanding of HR processes and a passion for people and performance.

Job Details Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Assist in employee relations, engagement initiatives, and grievance handling.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Prepare HR reports, analytics, and documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support organizational goals.

Requirements:

• UAE National (with Family Book – mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience preferred (fresh grads with internships welcome too).
• Good knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems is a plus.
