About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business
Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives across the UAE and wider
Middle Eastern market. The successful candidate will be responsible for
identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and
driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify,
qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE and Middle
Eastern markets.
- Conduct
market research to understand industry trends and emerging opportunities.
- Build
and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Develop
and deliver impactful presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate
contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Represent
the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Collaborate
with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
- Provide
regular reports and updates on business development activities and
outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven
track record in business development, sales, or client acquisition —
preferably within the UAE or Middle Eastern markets.
- Excellent
communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong
networking and relationship-building abilities with decision-makers and
stakeholders.
- Ability
to generate leads, pitch effectively, and close deals.
- Self-motivated
with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness
to travel frequently to meet clients and attend events.
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
