About the Hiring Company
Our client is a well-established financial services firm regulated by the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE), operating in the banking and exchange sector. They are seeking a Junior HR Executive to assist with HR operations, compliance, and recruitment functions.
This position offers a solid career foundation for candidates aiming to grow within the UAE’s regulated financial sector while gaining hands-on experience in HR processes aligned with CBUAE requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and offboarding.
  • Maintain employee documentation, visa and labour files in line with CBUAE and MOHRE regulations.
  • Prepare payroll data, manage WPS submissions, and process end-of-service settlements.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with UAE Labour Law and CBUAE standards.
  • Coordinate mandatory compliance training (e.g., AML/CFT) and track completion.
  • Assist with HR audits and maintain readiness for CBUAE inspections or internal reviews.
  • Manage HR databases and maintain confidentiality of all personnel data.

Candidate Requirements
  • 1–3 years’ HR experience, ideally within a banking, exchange, or financial services organization.
  • Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and working familiarity with CBUAE HR compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a regulated environment.

Salary & Benefits
  • AED 4,500 – 5,000 per month (depending on experience).
  • Standard benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
  • Exposure to HR operations within a CBUAE-regulated financial institution.
