About the Role
We are hiring on behalf of a respected client in the construction
and engineering sector for an experienced Executive Secretary. This
role is ideal for a highly organized and discreet professional who can manage
executive-level tasks with efficiency, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage
calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for senior executives.
- Prepare
and format professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and
internal communications.
- Handle
and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and requests.
- Maintain
and organize filing systems, documentation, and confidential records.
- Draft
meeting agendas, attend meetings, take minutes, and track follow-up
actions.
- Serve
as a point of contact between senior leadership and internal/external
stakeholders.
- Support
in organizing events, meetings, and logistics as required.
- Assist
with general office coordination, procurement, and administrative
processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree or equivalent qualification.
- Native
Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills (verbal
and written).
- Minimum
3 years of experience in an executive or senior administrative
support role.
- Proficient
in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong
organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- High
level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Ability
to work independently and manage priorities under pressure.
