Provide Executive Team with trends, analysis and reports regarding asset integrity conditions, maintenance optimization and cost, production availability and forecasts.

Job Details

Prepare technical guidelines and standards related to Maintenance, Corrosion and Inspection, Asset Integrity Management for Wells and Facilities. Ensures the proper technical solutions are provided to all the assets by applying new techniques and new technologies on selection of the most reliable, safe, cost effective materials, corrosion mitigation, inspection, rotating equipment, testing and protective systems. Develop systems and tools to monitor and report asset integrity, production availability and maintenance optimization and set Plan with close coordination with the assets to align theirs accordingly. Provide specialized technical advice and support services to Fields/Terminal, as well as other Abu Dhabi based divisions/departments in relation to the business functions of the Production, Injection and Export Information Systems. Set priorities to the company initiatives by ensuring the Management of Change related to surface and subsurface assets are addressed correctly and properly technically evaluated with addressing and closing all the prerequisites. Manages and administrates contract related to area of responsibilities. Develop the corporate integrity plan and work closely with Assets to develop their plan with the corporate plan. Provide the most up-to-date and techno-economic options for rehabilitation and replacement of damaged or old assets. Support Assets on maintenance optimization initiatives, corporate integrity KPIs; and coordinate efforts on companywide technical issues including failure investigations, audits and initiation of task forces related to corrosion, maintenance and integrity issues. Assure timely issue of new and updated standards for asset integrity, corrosion control and materials, maintenance optimization by Technical Centre’s disciple specialist engineers. Provide centralized production planning for major shutdown campaigns, balancing production requirements with various shutdown activities Coordinate activities at the corporate level to increase production efficiencies and availability (from well head to Terminals) including standards and guidelines. Ensure that best practices are shared between Fields and Terminals. Coordinate studies and trials related to facilities integrity, corrosion, inspection, materials and maintenance; participate in failure investigations; and ensure that best practices are shared within company, ADNOC group, and shareholders. Manage application of new field maintenance trial requirements; and provide support and advice to assets on selection of the most reliable, safe, cost effective materials, corrosion mitigation, inspect, rotating, testing and protective systems. Develop and update relevant Corporate Integrity KPIs, and monitor & report the status of asset Integrity to Asset Owners and Shareholders; identify potential areas for improvement and coordinate asset replacement plans. Academic Qualification: B. Sc. degree in an engineering discipline Work Experience: 10 to 15 years experience in oil & gas operations with strong emphasis on risk management, quality management, technical audits, arbitration, and integrity assurance verification with Maintenance and Operation background Job Skills: (Technical / Non-technical): Business Acumen  Leadership and Motivation  Communication, negotiation and persuasion  Problem Solving  Coaching & Mentoring  Analytical
