Job Description

A key member of the NIMS team, this roles will support the NIMS process architecture and modeling for Nuclear Power Plant, which includes be not limited to the Nuclear Power Plant IMS process framework and respective Process, Program and Procedure mapping, NIMS project coordination, management and delivery and the overall continuing development of the IMS Function and its deliverables. 
Support Business Architecture Development and Management 
Support and assist NIMS architecture development for the Nuclear Power Plant Integrated Management System (NIMS) 
• Support the Manager, IMS and Senior Business Architect as required. 
• Support the business architecture activities through the Company Integrated Process Model. 
• Support the Company Enterprise Architecture (EA) modeling standards. 
• Model business process architecture models for Nuclear Power Plant using best-in-class modeling tools and techniques. 
• Take the requirements of the Senior Management and stakeholders to develop useful, well-formulated models of the components of the solution to provide different views of the business and therefore leverage information to aid key decision makers on Nuclear Power Plant's business operations. 
• Provide and maintain business architecture models as a framework for understanding the different domains of development work across the Nuclear Power Plant's business. 
• Maintain the architecture to continuously monitor the models and update them as necessary to show changes, additions and alterations. This also includes using the information to share across internal customers and organizations. 

Project Coordination and Management 
Support NIMS project coordination and execution activities 
• Support the Manager, IMS as required. 
• Ensure and support the execution of projects activities with internal project stakeholders. 
• Apply industry project principles, practices, and techniques to ensure successful deliver of project scope. 
• Use industry project principles to track risk, issues, opportunities, status reporting, schedule progress, change requests, project budget, procurement activities, project vendor communications and other project related tasks. 
• Adhere to published Nuclear Power Plant's PMO methodologies, templates and requirements 

NIMS Function operational readiness 
• Be a key contributor in completing the NIMS Function operational readiness. This includes fulfilling requirements in Programs, Processes, Procedures, People, Plant, WANO Performance Objectives and regulatory requirements. 
• Work with relevant Company Functions and departments to embed the Company Integrated process Model for Company as required by Federal regulation. 
• Support contact with the ICT function and ICT project to ensure alignment of ICT architecture modeling with the NIMS architecture. 

Coorindation liaison / champion 
Support other areas of Company with ongoing business coordination requirements such as the Correction Action Program, Training, Procurement, Risk and Issue, PMO, High Impact Teams and others as required. 

Culture of Safety 
• Support, demonstrate and advocate behaviors for a strong culture of safety within the organization. 
• Demonstrate the use of error-reducing human performance tools provided by the organization in accordance with nuclear industry and organizational safety standards 
• Create a culture of safety and security within NIMS department and promote across Company via IMS-related tools. 

Stakeholder Management 
Support the development of our Emirati Led, multinational, multicultural organization. 
• Develop strong working relationships with Function Owners. 
• Represent Company in worldwide industry groups where appropriate and if it enhances the standing of Company within the Nuclear Energy community

Skills

Qualifications 
Bachelor's Degree 

Professional Certifications 
Business analysis, project management (any) 

experience 
Two years of business process modeling experience 
One year experience in project management. 

Technical competency 
• Understanding of enterprise architecture modeling tools e.g. ARIS, Mega, IBM, etc. 
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks e.g. TOGAF 
• MS Office / Visio high proficiency 
• Project management tool proficiency (e.g. Gant Charts) 
• Business scenario development (e.g. Use Case) 
• Solution modeling 
• business case development
