Facilitate Business Excellence Culture at the Plant by :

Facilitating TQM; Excellence Methodologies across all processes; functions of the Company, ensure sustenance as well as improve the maturity of Excellence
Strengthen the Manufacturing Excellence Practices through the Implementation of Lean, Industry 4. O and TPM Methodologies.
Facilitate in achieving higher system maturity through the implementation of IMS (QMS, EMS; HSE) related International Standards. Ensure adherence to standards through ongoing facilitation.
Continuous interaction with the Senior Management Team of the Company, Facilitate in Proactively identifying and resolving Challenges as well as opportunities in maintaining quality standards and compliance as per System and Processes established at the plant Six Sigma Black / Green Belt Certification, understanding of hopper approach to Yellow Belt Initiative and Data Analytics

Initiatives.

Conducting various internal trainings on TPM, Lean, DOE, AFSEM, and Quality Core Tools.
Liaison with external agencies and Consultants as per Business needs.
