• Overseeing daily construction activities and crew tasks, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
• Reading, interpreting, and implementing project blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Scheduling, assigning, and supervising the work of crew members, laborers, and subcontractors.
• Conducting regular safety inspections and enforcing safe work practices on the job site.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Monitoring project progress, budgets, and timelines, identifying and addressing any potential delays or issues.
• Ensuring quality control by inspecting materials, workmanship, and adherence to building codes.
• Preparing and maintaining accurate reports and documentation for project records.
• Communicating effectively with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction foreman or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of civil construction principles, methods, and materials.
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Commitment to safety and a proven track record of maintaining a safe work environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address challenges.
• Proficient in construction project management software (a plus).
• Valid construction foreman or supervisor certification (a plus).
