Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.

Proven experience (2–5 years) in business development, client acquisition, or sales, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.

Strong knowledge of recruitment services and staffing solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital prospecting tools (LinkedIn, email automation, etc.).
