Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to join our Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. This role is essential to expanding our client base and increasing market share in a competitive talent solutions environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
  • Develop and implement client acquisition strategies to meet business goals and KPIs.
  • Present recruitment services and customized staffing solutions to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate terms of business agreements and close new client deals.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and update CRM tools regularly.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are accurately communicated and fulfilled.
  • Attend industry events, career fairs, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and business development opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on client acquisition status to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in business development, client acquisition, or sales, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment services and staffing solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital prospecting tools (LinkedIn, email automation, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Existing network of corporate clients.
  • Experience in B2B sales in the HR or recruitment sector.
  • Understanding of local labor laws and hiring trends.
