Lead advanced data analytics, cost modeling, and TCO analysis in support of sourcing and negotiating strategies  
Implement and lead Sourcing Category Management as a structured process  
Lead sourcing including RFX, RFP, negotiations and contracting to put in place the right suppliers  
Personally and proactively manage all aspects of implementation including entry and exit of suppliers and ensuring effective change management  
Ensure that every supplier relationship is set up for future continuous improvement of cost down and lead the measurement and review process that ensures delivery of ongoing improvement  
Work in a way that positively engages the support of stakeholders using problem solving and proactive communication skills.  
Have a keen insight and understanding of program requirements on a 1-3-5 year horizon.  
The complexity of categories and projects require high quality project and program management skills and a proven ability to manage change both internally and externally  
Experience in sourcing complex, indirect spend categories  Ensure procurement meets donor guidelines 
Expert knowledge of Civil Construction Industry. 
Experience in sourcing complex spend categories which have not necessarily been strategically sourced in the past.  Experience in a global non-profit, specifically with major donor requirements  
Experience in employing structured strategic sourcing methodology and leading cross-functional teams.  
Expert knowledge of: supply chain management best practices, strategic sourcing, inventory management, and purchasing systems.  
Knowledgeable about fraud prevention practices in procurement  
Effectively manages ambiguity.  
Minimum 14 years of Procurement related experience  
Must have proven project management skills and experience, excellent communication skills, advanced influencing capabilities, the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, and a team building work style  
Requires a demonstrated record of initiative, problem solving, and change management  C-Level presentation skills, negotiation and relationship skills  
Understanding of procurement-related economic and financial analyses  
Ability to provide fact based advice and development of market and industry analysis  
Has advanced and proven knowledge of procurement industry cost structures and drivers  
Superior supplier negotiation skills through the use of industry facts and data as well as research on supplier’s financial conditions and market positions  
Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word as well as experience implementing and using procurement systems  
Bachelor’s degree required
