Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment operations across multiple sectors
• Oversee recruitment teams, delivery managers, and operational workflows
• Drive team performance, productivity, and hiring delivery targets
• Ensure client satisfaction and service quality across key accounts
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and client relationships
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to expand the client base
• Work closely with leadership to increase revenue and market presence
• Implement process improvements and recruitment technologies (ATS / automation)
• Manage operational budgets and cost control
• Build efficient recruitment delivery models and talent pipelines
Requirements
• 12+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent solutions
• 5+ years in senior operations leadership within a recruitment agency or workforce solutions firm
• Proven experience managing recruitment delivery teams and key client accounts
• Experience contributing to business development, client acquisition, or sales growth
• Strong understanding of recruitment operations, staffing models, and delivery performance
• Ability to manage multi-sector recruitment programs and large hiring mandates
