Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Provide strategic direction and operational leadership for the Smart Solutions business unit.
 - Oversee local and international sales, presales, operations, software, and product development & marketing divisions.
 - Execute seamless implementation of the business unit's strategy for targeted business growth and customer satisfaction.
 
2. Business Development:
- Design and implement robust business strategies to achieve significant revenue growth.
 - Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance the business unit's market value and offerings.
 - Expand the customer base by acquiring key accounts in government and private sectors.
 
3. Portfolio and Product Management:
- Reinvent the Smart Solutions portfolio with a focus on digital transformation, RPA, Intelligent BPM, Digital Customer Experience, and AI.
 - Manage relationships and partnerships with leading technology vendors.
 - Lead go-to-market strategy for commercial card printers, achieving substantial year-on-year growth.
 
4. Operations Management:
- Optimize project delivery and tracking processes, ensuring high customer satisfaction ratings.
 - Oversee global operations of group offices, VARs, and strategic partners.
 - Manage legal agreements with customers, vendors, and channels.
 
5. Strategic Initiatives and Investment Analysis:
- Develop technical and financial feasibility studies, business plans, and go-to-market strategies.
 - Handle costing, pricing, and investment analysis for major projects within direct sales and PPP models.
 
6. Process Management:
- Contribute to attaining CMMI Level 5, ISO 9001, and ISO 27001 through process development and improvement.
 - Lead the evaluation, scoping, and implementation of Salesforce CRM.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
 - Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Director or Deputy Executive Director.
 - Strong background in digital transformation, electronic bill presentment and payment, and identity management domains.
 - Excellent strategic planning, business development, and operational management skills.
 - Experience in managing large teams and driving organizational change.
