The Head of Fitout and Joinery is responsible for the overall management of the fitout and joinery process, from the initial planning and design stages to the final construction and installation. They will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Department: Construction
- Reports to: Managing Director Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development of fit out and joinery proposals
- Prepare and manage budgets and schedules
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
- Manage the procurement of materials and equipment
- Monitor the progress of projects
- Resolve any issues or problems that arise
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field 5-10 years of experience in fit-out and joinery Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in CAD software preferable Knowledge of construction regulations and codes
- Skills and Abilities: Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Ability to manage budgets and schedules Ability to liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors Ability to resolve problems and issues Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results
