Our client is a well-established financial services firm
regulated by the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE), operating in the banking
and exchange sector. They are seeking a Junior HR Executive to
assist with HR operations, compliance, and recruitment functions.
This position offers a solid career foundation for
candidates aiming to grow within the UAE’s regulated financial sector while
gaining hands-on experience in HR processes aligned with CBUAE requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support
end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and
offboarding.
- Maintain
employee documentation, visa and labour files in line with CBUAE and
MOHRE regulations.
- Prepare
payroll data, manage WPS submissions, and process end-of-service
settlements.
- Ensure
HR policies and procedures comply with UAE Labour Law and CBUAE standards.
- Coordinate
mandatory compliance training (e.g., AML/CFT) and track completion.
- Assist
with HR audits and maintain readiness for CBUAE inspections or internal
reviews.
- Manage
HR databases and maintain confidentiality of all personnel data.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3
years’ HR experience, ideally within a banking, exchange, or financial
services organization.
- Strong
understanding of UAE Labour Law and working familiarity with CBUAE
HR compliance.
- Bachelor’s
degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent
English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
- Highly
organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a regulated
environment.
Salary & Benefits
- AED
4,500 – 5,000 per month (depending on experience).
- Standard
benefits as per UAE Labour Law.

to HR operations within a CBUAE-regulated financial institution.
