QA/QC Engineer- Finishing

1. Should be experienced with High rise Buildings & Luxury villas.
2. Shall be experienced with finishing activities Tiling, Painting, false-ceiling, screeding, EIFS, etc.
3. Accountable for the quality of finishing activities , precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural, and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes.
4. Controls and updates the implementation of Project Quality/ Quality Assurance Plan, quality records and prepares monthly QA/QC reports on sites.
5. Surveillance of works in coordination with site engineers to verify compliance to the project quality requirements.
6. Inspect materials delivered to site (Based on category) to ensure compliance to contract specifications.
7. Ensure documentation related to inspections, tests and surveys meet the requirements of the client, this PQP and ITP’s quality record requirements.
8. Prepare reports involving quality related works.
9. Prepare presentations and training materials according to the site activities.
10. Prepare RCA/CAPA reports and Lessons learnt documents.
11. Prepare, follow and track quality training and quality induction schedules for work force and staff.  Desired Candidate Profile
12. Candidate Must carry 3+yrs work Exposure from Finishing Activities, Preferable Candidates are from Construction Background only.
