Job Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Officer with experience in Civil Construction, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring skilled professionals to drive our company's growth and success. You will collaborate with hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Identification:
  • Proactively source and identify candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry networks, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates with expertise in civil construction.
Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and match them with job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Provide guidance on interview techniques and best practices for candidate assessment.
Job Postings and Marketing:
  • Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Utilize online and offline marketing channels to promote job openings and the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Candidate Experience:
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
Documentation and Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to make data-driven decisions.

Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of the recruitment process.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Officer or similar role, with a focus on civil construction recruitment.
Strong understanding of civil construction roles, skills, and industry-specific requirements.
Familiarity with relevant job boards, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
