We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead the learning and development initiatives for a dynamic sales organization in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance sales performance, product knowledge, customer engagement, and overall team effectiveness.
Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop
and execute sales training strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct
onboarding and induction programs for new sales employees.
- Design
and deliver training on sales techniques, product knowledge, customer
service, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Assess
training needs through field observations, performance reviews, and
stakeholder feedback.
- Create
engaging training materials, presentations, manuals, and e-learning
content.
- Monitor
and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs and
performance metrics.
- Coach
and mentor sales team members and frontline supervisors.
- Collaborate
with Sales, Marketing, and HR teams to identify skill gaps and implement
development plans.
- Ensure
consistency in training standards and best practices across the sales
function.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's
degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a
related field.
- Proven
experience in sales training, learning & development, or sales
capability building.
- Strong
understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, and performance
management.
- Excellent
presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience
within FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or related industries is preferred.
- Ability
to develop training content and deliver both classroom and field-based
training.
- Strong
analytical and reporting skills.

Salary Range: AED 16,000 – 20,000 per month
